How do I choose a software company in Johor Bahru?
Look at systems they have already built and run, meet the people who will build yours, and get a written scope with price, timeline, warranty and maintenance. Make sure your data and accounts stay in your company's name.
Ask to see live work
A demo you can click is worth more than slides. Ask which local companies use their systems today and how long they have supported them.
Meet the builders
Ask who will design, build and support your system, and whether they can visit you. A local team in Johor Bahru can sit with your staff, which helps when your process has many small rules.
Read the quotation closely
Check the scope in writing, payment stages, delivery time, free rounds of changes, warranty and the yearly maintenance fee. Ask who owns the source, the data and the hosting accounts, and how you can export your data.
