What we collect here
When you send a form on this site, we keep your name, contact details and message so we can reply. When you sign up, your account is created in Lucco Boss.
Where it goes
Forms go into Lucco's own Boss account as an enquiry. We do not sell or share your details.
Analytics
We may use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to see which pages and ads bring visitors.
Lucco Boss accounts
When a business uses Lucco Boss, we store what it puts in (company details, customers, invoices, bookings, messages) to run the service for that business. It is kept on Supabase servers in Singapore and is not sold or shared for advertising.
Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp messages
When a business connects its Facebook page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number to Lucco Boss, we receive the messages and comments sent to it, with the sender's name and Meta user ID, so the business can see and answer them in its inbox. We use them only for that.
Automatic replies
To write an automatic reply, the message and the business's own information are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) under their business API terms, which do not let them train their models on it.
Deleting your data
A business can disconnect a page at any time in Lucco Boss, Inbox settings. To delete an account or any data about you, e-mail or WhatsApp us; we delete it within 30 days. If you messaged a business that uses Lucco Boss, you can also ask that business.
