Can I run Boss from ChatGPT or Claude? Does it cost more?
Yes. Writing and changing your AI's answers from Claude or ChatGPT is free and does not use your AI replies. Telling Boss to do things in one sentence (bookings, notes for customers, sales, jobs): 3 times a day free, no limit with any paid module. Claude works on its free plan: add Boss once on claude.ai, then use it in the Claude phone app too. ChatGPT apps work on the web only, and changing things in Boss needs ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu (Plus and Pro can mostly read). Your ChatGPT or Claude plan is between you and them.
Does WhatsApp charge on top of the AI replies?
Yes, separately and only on WhatsApp. Meta gives each number 1,000 free service messages a month, then charges about RM0.0564 a message straight to your own Meta account. Customers who come from a Click to WhatsApp ad are free for up to 7 days. Lucco does not add anything on top. Full details: lucco.ai/docs/whatsapp-api-pricing-malaysia.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with an e-mail or Google. Free features open at once; you pay for a module inside Boss when you choose it.
What happens when I use up a free allowance?
Every module is free to start. Boss tells you at 80%. When one module reaches its limit, only that module needs upgrading. You get 14 days first, and after that only adding new ones stops: your data, members, points and vouchers keep working. Monthly allowances come back on the 1st. When two or more modules need upgrading, Boss suggests All-in. AI replies have a monthly amount even with the module (6,000, or 20,000 with AI Plus); when they run out, messages wait for you and nothing extra is charged.
What comes with All-in?
All-in: RM1,980 a year for the first 3 years, then RM4,990 a year. Modules marked Beta come with All-in while they are in Beta, so you get them in full and tell us what to improve.
What if I stop paying for a module?
That module goes back to its free allowance. Your data stays.
How do I get a website on my own domain?
Two ways. Do it yourself with the Website and shop module, RM390 a year: your own domain, up to 6 pages and a shop without limits, set up with the steps in Boss. Or Lucco builds a 3-page website for you, RM800 for the first year with the domain and hosting included, then RM390 a year plus the domain fee.
