Does it keep medical records?
Boss is for the business side: billing, patient contacts, staff and the books. Keep clinical notes in the system you use for them.
Can I bill a company for its panel staff?
Yes. Send the company an invoice and record its payment. The customer statement shows what each company has paid and still owes.
Can I WhatsApp all my patients?
Boss shows the WhatsApp button for patients who agreed to be contacted, so your reminders go to people who asked for them.
