How do I choose payroll and HR software in Malaysia?
Choose one that works out EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB with the current rates, gives staff payslips and EA forms, and lets staff apply for leave and claims on their phone. Check the price per staff member, whether part timers count, and who updates the rates when the law changes.
The payroll must haves
EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB worked out every month, including overtime, bonus, allowances and unpaid leave. Payslips staff can open on their phone. The files you need to pay EPF, SOCSO and LHDN. EA forms at year end.
