Add points at the counter
Staff type the amount at the Boss counter and scan the customer's member code. The points go on.
Reminders before expiry
When points and vouchers are about to expire, Boss reminds the customer to come back. You also see who has not been back.
Shared across branches
Each outlet has its own QR. Switch on shared points and what a customer earns counts in every outlet.

What is the difference between a points system and a stamp card?
A stamp card usually gives one stamp per visit. A points system can count visits, spending and referrals, and customers swap points for rewards you choose. Boss has both, and both live on the customer's phone.
How do staff add points at the counter?
Staff type the amount at the Boss counter and scan the customer's member code. The points go on and the day's sales go into the books.
Does Boss remind customers when points are about to expire?
Yes. When points and vouchers are about to expire, Boss reminds the customer to come back and use them. You can also see which customers have not been back for a while.
How do I stop people cheating on points?
A number is tied to the phone it first scanned on, vouchers have codes, staff confirm at the counter, and the same code cannot be used twice.
Can branches share points?
Yes. Each outlet has its own QR. Switch on shared points and the points and level a customer earns count in every outlet.
