AI admin or hiring an admin: which is better value?
For the paperwork, an AI admin costs far less: an admin on RM2,500 costs about RM34,500 a year with EPF, SOCSO and EIS, while AI Admin in Lucco Boss is RM2,388 a year for the first companies. A person is still better for work that needs someone on site.
What a person does better
Meeting customers, handling cash and the bank, sending parcels, judging tricky situations and building relationships.
What the AI admin does better
Answering at 2am, never forgetting a reminder, sending 30 invoices in one go, working out payroll the same way every month, and staying when people leave.
The common choice
Many small businesses start with the AI admin for the paperwork. When they grow, the new hire spends time on customers and sales because the routine work is already done.
