Can staff clock in with their phone instead of a machine?
Yes. Each staff member clocks in from their own phone, the hours are saved, and payroll uses them to work out the month. You skip the machine, the Excel export and the retyping. If you already have a time clock, importing its Excel file is being built.
How it works
Staff open their own page on the phone and tap clock in and clock out. They also apply for leave and send claims from the same place.
What the boss sees
Who is in today and the hours for the month. Rosters and shifts are in the same place.
From hours to salary
Payroll works out EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB from the staff's pay and hours, and you check it before it is final. Payroll is free for up to 3 staff.
If you already have a time clock
Reading the clock's Excel file into payroll is being built and is not live yet. Until then staff can clock in on the phone.

Does each staff need an account?
Each staff uses their own number to open their page. You add them once.
Can I change the hours before salary?
Yes. You check the hours and correct them before payroll is final.
