How can a tuition centre collect fees automatically?
Put every student's monthly fee in once. Each month the fee invoice and pay link go to each parent on WhatsApp, parents pay by FPX or card, late parents get reminders on day 3 and 7, and receipts go out by themselves when they pay.
Why fees get late
Most centres send fees by hand in a WhatsApp group or one parent at a time, then lose track of who paid. The person who knows leaves, and the list is in their phone.
What to set up
Each student, the parent's number, the monthly fee, the billing day and the reminder days. Connect a payment gateway such as Billplz or toyyibPay so the money goes into your own account.
Keep parents happy
One reminder a day at most, a polite tone, and an easy way to say "stop reminding me" or ask a question.
