Company deadlines in Malaysia every month and year
Every month, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB are due by the 15th. Every year there is Form EA for staff by end of February, Borang E by 31 March, the company tax return, the SSM annual return, and your own licence, insurance and tenancy renewals.
Monthly
EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB for the previous month by the 15th. SST returns if you are registered, on the schedule Customs gives you.
Yearly for staff
Give each staff Form EA by the end of February and submit Borang E to LHDN by 31 March.
Yearly for the company
Company tax (Form C) and the SSM annual return have their own due dates based on your financial year and incorporation date. Check your company secretary's list, as dates depend on each company.
