How do I send monthly fee invoices automatically?
Set up each customer's monthly fee once with the amount and the day to bill. The system then makes the invoice and pay link every month, sends it on WhatsApp, reminds those who have not paid after a few days, and stops when they pay.
What to set up
The customer, the amount, the billing day, and when to remind, for example 3 and 7 days late. Use a payment gateway so the customer pays by FPX or card from the link.
Messages after 24 hours
WhatsApp only allows business messages outside a 24 hour chat window through approved templates, and Meta charges a small fee per message to your own WhatsApp account.
Be kind to customers
Send one reminder a day at most, stop as soon as they pay, and let them reply to stop reminders.
