Is there a simple stock tracking app for a small shop?
Yes. In Lucco Boss you choose which products to track, and stock goes down by itself when you invoice or a shop order comes in, and up when you receive goods. You set a low stock warning and see cost prices and suppliers side by side. It is free.
Keep it simple
Track only the items that run out or cost a lot, not every screw. Count them once to start, then let sales and deliveries move the numbers. Do a quick count every month for the items that matter and fix the difference.
Will my staff keep it up to date?
They will when it takes no extra work. Stock moves with the invoices, shop orders and counter sales they already make, so nobody types it twice. Staff can also update stock in a WhatsApp message to your Boss number, such as "sea fish stock 40".
How Lucco Boss does it
Turn on stock for the products you choose and add the opening count. Boss warns you when an item runs low. With the AI chatbot, the AI tells customers how many are left for tracked items and never sells more than you have. Stock is counted per company today; if you have branches, tell Lucco how they work.
