Can I use this instead of my POS?
If your POS handles table orders and kitchen printing, keep it for that. Boss's counter takes the amount and payment method, adds member points and puts each day into your books.
Can customers take a queue number?
Yes. They scan the QR at your door and take a number on their phone. Their page shows how many are ahead and tells them when it is their turn. Staff press "Call next". 300 queue numbers a month are free.
Will giving vouchers make me lose money?
You choose every gift and voucher, so you decide what each visit costs. A next-visit voucher is only used when the customer comes back and orders again.
How much does it cost?
Counter sales, the online shop with 100 products, payroll and the books are free. Points and vouchers are in the Member system module: RM990 a year for the first 3 years, then RM2,990 a year, and your first 300 members are free.
