Can automation put wrong numbers into my books?

It can, if nothing checks it. Safe automation shows you a preview, waits for your approval before anything is written, keeps a log, and never writes the same document twice. In Lucco Boss, actions that touch money wait for you to reply 1, and every change is logged.

How mistakes get into the books

A name matched to the wrong customer, a price copied from an old order, the same document written twice after a retry, or a number typed wrongly. Automation repeats a mistake faster than a person does, so the checks matter more, not less.

Five things to ask any vendor

Do I see a preview before anything is written? Who approves, and can large amounts need a second person? Is there a log of what was written and by whom? What happens if the connection drops: is the document held and written once? Can I test on a copy of my books first?

How Lucco does it today

In Lucco Boss, anything that records money or goes to a customer waits for you to reply 1. You see the customer, items and total first. Changes to the books are logged, and your accountant has their own login to check them.

What we are building for SQL Account and AutoCount

For wholesalers and factories, the plan is the same care: a preview, your approval, a queue that holds documents when your computer is off, a check so the same document is not written twice, and a test ledger before anything touches your real books. It is not live yet.

Questions bosses ask

Does the accountant still check?

Yes. The accountant checks and approves. The typing is what gets reduced.

What if I approve by accident?

Ask your vendor how a wrong entry is corrected. In Lucco Boss changes are logged so they can be traced.

Can I try it on a test set of books?

That is how we plan to start the SQL and AutoCount link, and we will agree it with you in the free review.
