Is there free payroll software for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB?

What payroll software must calculate
Every month you deduct and pay EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB for each staff. EPF for Malaysian staff is 11% from the employee, and 13% from the employer for wages up to RM5,000 or 12% above that. SOCSO and EIS follow PERKESO wage bands up to RM6,000. PCB follows the LHDN method and depends on each staff's reliefs.
Foreign workers
Foreign workers contribute EPF at 2% employee and 2% employer, are covered by SOCSO for employment injury only, and do not pay EIS. Good payroll software lets you mark each staff as local or foreign.
