Do I need one person per shop to key in orders?
Not if the typing is handled in one place. Every shop does the same job: read the order, find the customer and item codes, and enter it. Software can prepare that entry from WhatsApp and a person approves it. Lucco is building this for wholesalers and factories, so it is not live yet.
Why the headcount grows with the shops
Each new shop brings its own WhatsApp orders, its own customer names and its own rush hours. One person per shop is the easy answer, but it multiplies the same typing and the same mistakes.
What to centralise
One list of customers and item codes, one rule for who may approve, and one place where orders arrive. When these are shared, a new shop adds orders, not a new typing job.
How Lucco does it
Lucco is building an order flow for wholesalers and factories on top of Lucco Boss: the order on WhatsApp becomes a draft, the right person approves it, and it is written into your SQL Account or AutoCount. Your books stay in your software. Today, Lucco Boss already lets one login hold several companies and lets you create invoices from one line on WhatsApp. A project starts from RM8,000, quoted after a free review.
Questions bosses ask
Will I still need staff?
Yes. Someone still checks and approves each draft, which takes minutes instead of typing time.
Does each shop need its own WhatsApp number?
Not necessarily. We look at your setup in the free review, because the system must always know which company an order is for.
When is it ready?
It is being built. We will say so on this site when there is a working demo.
