Can clients book a Zoom or Google Meet call by themselves?
Yes. With Lucco Boss, clients pick a free time on your booking page or in a WhatsApp chat, and Boss makes a new Google Meet or Zoom link for that booking, puts the meeting in your calendar and gives the link to the client.
Why one link per booking
A shared meeting link means two clients can end up in the same room, and an old client can join a later call. A new link for each booking keeps every meeting private and easy to find.
What happens when the time changes
When the client moves or cancels the booking, the meeting in your Google Calendar or Zoom moves with it or is removed. No double meetings, no empty rooms.
