Online queue number system for a clinic or restaurant?
Lucco Boss has one: customers scan a QR at the door and take a queue number on their own phone, with no ticket machine and no app. Their page shows how many are ahead and updates by itself, and staff call the next number in one tap. 300 numbers a month are free.
What you need
A QR code at the door and a phone or tablet at the counter. If you like, open the queue screen on a TV so everyone in the shop sees the number being called.
What about customers without a phone?
Staff give them a number in Boss with one tap, and they wait in the same line as everyone else. Older patients and walk in customers are served in one queue.
How Lucco Boss does it
Customers can wait anywhere, in the car or at the shop next door, and come back when their page shows they are near the front. Customers who leave a phone number join your customer list, so a clinic or restaurant can remind them later. Queue without limit: first year RM290, then RM190 a year for 2 years.
