Where do the orders typed into SQL or AutoCount come from?

Almost always from messages: WhatsApp chats, phone calls written on paper, photos of purchase orders, emails and Excel sheets. Someone reads each one, finds the customer and item codes and types them in. Counting which channel brings the most orders tells you what to automate first.

The usual channels

WhatsApp is the biggest for most wholesalers and factories. Then phone calls, a photographed purchase order, an email with a PDF, and a customer Excel.

Where mistakes enter

The customer code, the item code, the unit, the quantity and the price. A wrong code books the wrong item. A forgotten delivery order means an invoice that is late or never sent.

Count for one week

Write down, for each order, the channel and how many minutes it took to key in. At the end of the week you can see the channel and the step that costs you the most.

How Lucco fits

Lucco Boss reads orders sent on WhatsApp today, matches the customer and items, shows a preview and records it after the approver replies 1. Writing the same order into SQL Account or AutoCount is being built for wholesale and factories. Other channels such as Excel and email are not covered yet.

Questions bosses ask

Which channel should I fix first?

The one with the most orders and the most retyping. For many companies that is WhatsApp.

Is the link into SQL or AutoCount live?

Not yet. It is being built, with the first 1 to 2 companies installed from mid December.
