Why pay someone to key in when I use SQL or AutoCount?
SQL and AutoCount keep your books, but they do not read the order a customer sends on WhatsApp. Someone still has to read it, find the right customer and item codes and type it in. Software can prepare that typing, so your accountant only checks and approves.
What SQL and AutoCount do well
They record sales, purchases and payments, work out tax and give your accountant the reports. They expect the data to arrive already typed in, one document at a time.
Where the typing time goes
Orders arrive as WhatsApp messages, voice notes, photos of a handwritten list or a phone call. Someone matches the customer name to a customer code and each item to a stock code, picks the tax code, makes the order, the delivery order and the invoice, then chases the payment. Most of that is reading and matching, with very little accounting judgement.

A program can read the message, suggest the customer and items and prepare the draft. A person looks at the draft and approves it before it goes into the books. The accountant stays in charge of the books and stops doing the typing.
