Can AutoCount users make invoices on WhatsApp?
Not connected yet. We are building the link to AutoCount, and it comes after SQL Account. The first one or two companies are installed from mid December, with SQL Account first. Until the link is tested on a real book, Boss and AutoCount do not talk to each other, so we do not ask you to change anything.
What you can do today
You can use Lucco Boss on its own: tell Mei on WhatsApp, she prepares the invoice or quotation, and it is issued when you reply 1. Your AutoCount stays exactly as it is. Until the link exists, whoever keys into AutoCount for your accountant does that as before.
What we are building
We are building the link so that a document approved in Boss is written into your accounting software. SQL Account is first and AutoCount is after it, starting with invoices. We will not say it connects until it has been tested on a real company's books.
How to decide now
If you use AutoCount, tell us which documents your team keys in most, such as invoices, delivery orders or payments. That tells us what to link first. Keep your software. We are not asking you to switch.
