How do I record counter sales without a POS?

Write down each sale with the amount and how it was paid (cash, card, QR, e-wallet), then total it at closing and check it against the cash drawer and the bank. Lucco Boss has a free counter screen for this: key in the amount, tap the payment method, and the day goes into your books as one paid invoice.

What you need to record

For each sale: the amount and the payment method. At closing: the total for each method, the cash counted in the drawer and any difference. That is enough for your books and to spot missing cash.

Simple ways to do it

A notebook or spreadsheet works if you total it every day. A phone app is faster and adds up for you. Keep the daily total for each payment method, because your accountant needs it to match the bank.

How Lucco Boss does it

Open the counter screen on a phone or tablet, key in the amount and tap the payment method. If you run points with the Returning customers & points module, scan the customer's member code. At the end of the day the sales go into your books as one paid invoice.
