How do customers pay my invoice online in Malaysia?
Sign up with a payment gateway that takes FPX and cards, such as Billplz, toyyibPay or Stripe, then put a pay link on every invoice. In Lucco Boss you connect your own gateway once and every invoice gets a pay button. The money goes to you and Lucco takes no cut.
What FPX is
FPX is Malaysia's online banking payment network. The customer picks their bank, logs in to online banking and approves the payment. Most gateways also take cards, and some take e-wallets.
Steps to start
1. Open an account with a gateway and submit your business registration and bank details. 2. Wait for approval. 3. Connect the gateway to your invoice software, or create pay links by hand. 4. Put the link on the invoice and in the WhatsApp message you send with it. Each gateway charges its own fee per payment.
How Lucco Boss does it
Connect your Billplz, toyyibPay or Stripe account in settings. Every invoice and accepted quotation then has a pay button for FPX or card. When the customer pays, the invoice is marked paid and the payment goes into your books. Lucco takes no cut; only the gateway's fee applies.
