How do I stop chasing unpaid invoices?
Make paying easy and early: take a deposit, put the due date and a pay link on every invoice, and remind on a fixed schedule. Lucco Boss puts an FPX and card pay button on each invoice, marks it paid by itself, and its customer statements show who still owes you.
Before the job
Agree the payment terms in the quotation and take a deposit for larger jobs. Customers who have already paid part of the bill are more likely to pay the rest.
On the invoice
Write a clear due date, the total and how to pay. A pay link for FPX or card removes the excuse of not having your bank details. Send the invoice the same day the work is done.
After the due date
Remind on a fixed schedule, for example on the due date and a week later, with the pay link each time. Send a customer statement that lists every unpaid invoice. Keep the tone polite and short.
How Lucco Boss does it
Every invoice has a pay button into your own gateway and is marked paid when the customer pays. Customer statements show what each customer still owes, and a reminder in Boss tells you when to follow up.
