Can a chatbot check bank transfer slips?
Yes, it can read them. Lucco Boss AI reads the amount, reference and who was paid from a slip photo or PDF, matches it to the right invoice or quotation, and warns you if it was paid to another account or the reference was used before. You confirm with one tap and the customer gets a receipt.
What the AI checks
From the slip it reads the amount, the date, the reference number and the receiving account. It compares them with the invoice the customer owes and with slips sent before. A slip paid to a different account, a reference seen before or an amount that does not match is flagged for you.
Can a fake slip get through?
A slip is a picture, so the final check is always your bank. That is why Boss asks you to confirm before it records the payment: open your bank app, see the money, then tap once. Boss records it on the invoice, puts it in your books and sends the receipt. To get fewer slips, add an FPX pay link to each invoice so the payment confirms itself.
How Lucco Boss does it
Customers send the slip in the same WhatsApp chat. You can also forward a slip you received to your Boss number yourself. Slip reading comes with the AI chatbot: 500 replies a month free; 6,000 a month: RM990 a year for the first 3 years, then RM2,990 a year.
