Can I manage my business from WhatsApp?
Yes. With Lucco Boss you message your Boss number on WhatsApp like you would a manager: record payments and expenses, approve leave, ask who clocked in, change a price or stock, add tasks and bookings. Your morning brief arrives at 8 every day and your report on the 1st. Staff can use it too.
What you can do in one message
"Daniel paid 276 by transfer" records it on his invoice and sends the receipt. "Bought materials RM230 cash", or a photo of the receipt, goes into your books. "Approve Ali's leave" or "who clocked in today?" handles your team. "003 price 25" or "sea fish stock 40" updates your shop and what the AI tells customers. Voice notes in Chinese, English or Malay work too.
What if it gets something wrong?
Reply "undo" and the last change is reversed. Boss replies in one line after each message so you see what it did, and for a payment from a slip it waits for you to reply 1 before recording it.
Can my staff use it?
Yes, from their own WhatsApp number: counter sales, bookings, packages, stock, their own tasks and customer lookups. Money out, prices, approvals and the AI's rules stay with the owner and admins.
How Lucco Boss does it
It comes with the AI chatbot (RM990 a year for the first 3 years, then RM2,990 a year). You do not need a new app: you message your Boss number from your own phone, and ask your numbers any time, such as today's takings, tomorrow's bookings and unpaid invoices.
