Can I send a quotation on WhatsApp?
Yes. A quotation is a short document with your name, the customer, the items, the prices and how long the price holds. In Lucco Boss you tell Mei one line, she prepares the quotation, you check it and reply 1, and it goes to the customer as a PDF. When the customer agrees, the same quotation becomes the invoice.
What the quotation should show
Your company details, the customer, each item with price, the total, how long the price is valid and the payment terms.
Say it in one line
For example: quotation for Tan, aircond service, RM680, valid 14 days. Mei shows you the preview. You reply 1 and the PDF is sent.
From quotation to invoice
When the customer says yes, you turn the same quotation into an invoice. Nothing is typed twice.
Limits
Quotations are unlimited in Lucco Boss. Invoices are free up to 30 a month.

Will it send before I check?
No. You see the quotation first and it goes only after you reply 1.
Does the customer need to use Lucco?
No. The customer gets a normal WhatsApp message with the PDF.
