SQL Account or AutoCount: which one links to WhatsApp first?

We are building SQL Account first. Sales orders, delivery orders and invoices from Boss have been written into a SQL Account test book. AutoCount comes after, starting with invoices. Neither is live for customers yet. Keep the software you have, we do not ask you to change.

Where SQL Account is today

In our test book, an order made in Boss became a sales order, two delivery orders and one invoice in SQL Account, each pointing back to the one before. This is a test, not a customer's books. We are taking the first one or two wholesale or factory companies, with installation from mid December.

Where AutoCount is today

AutoCount is behind SQL Account. We start with invoices and add the other documents as each one is tested. We will not say it connects until it has been tested on a real book.

What stays the same either way

You talk to Mei on WhatsApp. Mei prepares the document, you or your accountant reply 1 to approve, and only then is it written into your books. We are building it so that if the computer is off, the document waits in line and is written when it is on again. Ask your accountant what your business needs to keep.

Questions bosses ask

Do I have to change my accounting software?

No. You keep SQL Account or AutoCount. We write into it, we do not replace it.

Can I use this today?

The invoicing part works on WhatsApp now. Writing into SQL Account or AutoCount is for the first one or two companies from mid December.

What about payments and returns?

In our SQL Account test book, a part payment and a return both attached to the original invoice and cleared the right amount. Boss does not send them to SQL yet. We are building that next, and AutoCount comes after.
