How can a wholesaler invoice and chase money on WhatsApp?

What you do on WhatsApp
Send the customer name and what they took. Mei shows you the invoice first. Reply 1 and it is issued. If you meant something else, say undo. When a customer sends a transfer slip, Mei reads the amount, the reference and who it was paid to, and matches it to the invoice. If the money went to another account or the reference was used before, she warns you first.
What is done on the web instead
Sales orders and delivery orders are opened on the Boss web page. You can send goods in parts and bill once at month end, and the stock goes down once. Doing this by WhatsApp is not available yet, so we do not say it is. Customers who have not paid are reminded on the schedule you set, and the customer statement shows who still owes you.
